How we dispatch

Orders confirmed before midday are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to stock. Items held in our Dhaka store are picked and packed first; anything requiring transfer from a supplier is confirmed with you before the order is finalised.

Delivery inside Dhaka

Same-day or next-day delivery is available for most in-stock items. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the consignment — leaf springs, cylinders and drums are quoted individually.

Delivery outside Dhaka

We despatch nationwide through established courier and bus-parcel services. Transit time is typically 1–3 working days depending on the destination. For heavy or oversized items we will advise the most economical carrier before booking.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect the consignment on receipt and report any shortage or transit damage within 48 hours, with photographs, so we can raise it with the carrier.

Urgent requirements

If a machine is down and you need a part moved quickly, message us on WhatsApp at +880 1789 363250 and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
