About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Kazi Motors through this website. Please read them before ordering. If anything is unclear, ask us before you place the order.

Product information

We take care to describe parts accurately, including part numbers and applications. Photographs are illustrative and a component may differ in finish or minor detail from the image shown. Where an item is a quality-equivalent rather than an original manufacturer part, we say so.

Fitment is confirmed, not assumed

Because a single description can cover several variants, we ask for the machine make, model and where possible the original part number. If you order without confirming fitment with us, the responsibility for selecting the correct part rests with you. We are always willing to check before you commit.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and may change without notice. Stock levels shown on the site are indicative; we confirm availability when we acknowledge your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

Payment

Orders are processed once payment is received or, for account customers, once the order is confirmed against agreed terms.

Delivery

Delivery timings are estimates and depend on carrier performance. Our responsibility for delay is limited to arranging delivery as quickly as reasonably possible.

Returns and warranty

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss such as downtime, lost hire income or third-party costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
